Central High School's Cross Country Teams traveled to delta to compete against 22 teams and came away with a victory for the girls and second place for the boys.
Central’s Sonya Johnson was the runner-up (19:31.1). Teammates Elle Diedrich, Jocelyn Olson and Lillian Thatcher finished seventh, eighth and ninth, respectively.
On the boys side, Central runners Samuel Garmany and Yishai Trowbridge finished first and second, respectively (15:59.3 and 16:34.8). Their teammate, James Walker, placed 10th.
